Born Aristoteles Filipe in Luanda, Angola, raised in eastern Switzerland, Les Is More brings together old-school Chicago and Detroit house with urban and afro-inspired sounds. He started out as a hip-hop artist and DJ, and in 2023, with his partner Tony Diaz, he found his way into electronic music.
As co-founder of BUDENMUSIK he has built a strong presence in the electronic scene of his home town St. Gallen. Inspired by the likes of Carl Cox and Black Coffee, his sets pull you in, cross genres and leave no one out.
With residencies across eastern Switzerland, above all in his home town, and releases on SoundCloud, Les Is More is working to take his own sound to bigger festivals and international clubs.
He blends his influences so the die-hard heads and the newcomers feel the same thing. On the floor it is not the box that counts, it is the groove.
